Guest payment options

Travellers can pay a portion of your rent up front as a nonrefundable booking deposit, or we collect your rent as one payment in full.
We release all payments one working day after the check-in date.

Travellers pay a booking deposit to book of 25%

Due at time of booking: 20%

Guest cancellation policy

If the guest cancels before paying the balance, or does not pay the balance on time, we receive the booking deposit as payment, and cancel the booking automatically.

If the guest pays the full balance on time, they can receive:

  • a 50% refund of the total cost if they cancel at least four weeks before check-in.
  • a 25% refund of the total cost if they cancel at least two weeks before check-in.
