Guest payment options

Travellers can pay a portion of their rent up front as a nonrefundable booking deposit, or we collect your rent as one payment in full.
We release all payments one working day after the check-in date.

Travellers may be charged an amount of 50% of the cost for booking deposit during the 14 days up to check in.

Guest cancellation policy

If the guest cancels before paying the balance, or does not pay the balance on time, we receive the booking deposit as payment, and cancel the booking automatically.

If the guest pays the full balance on time, they can receive:

  • a 100% refund of the total prepayment if they cancel at least 14days before check-in.
  • a 50% refund of the total cost if they cancel in 14 days before check-in.
